Ear Coning

It is a simple but effective remedy for removing impacted earwax and clearing accumulated debris from the nerve endings.

It involves the use of a hollow spiraled cone made from natural unbleached cotton and 100% beeswax and herb oils.

The narrow end is placed on the ear opening and the large end lit. The spiraled cone and the burning flame create a gentle vacuum, which encourages bleed circulation and ear canal cleansing. Does it hurt?

Ear Coning is a soothing painless and non-invasive procedure and at no time does anything enter the ear. Most people enjoy the hands on nurturing process as deep relaxation is induced.

Excess earwax may produce a sensation of fullness in the ear and if the canal is blocked completely, partial deafness occurs. These symptoms are made worse if water enters the ear and makes the wax swell. Prolonged blockage may also inflame the skin of the canal causing irritation.

Where did it come from?

This ancient technique has been passed down by cultures in India, China, Tibet and Egypt. More recently it has been revived by the Amish community. • Students will sit a one hour exam paper on Day 2 at the end of the class.
• Students will hand in 6 case studies (6 people being coned 3 times within a 3 monthperiod a total of 18 treatments) This will be sent together with the test paper completed on Day 2 to Canada, marked and if passed an International Certificate will be issued and sent to the participant.
